There is nothing like the insurers claims database available to the consumer....That is right, you as a consumer are not allowed to
know if a car you are buying has been damaged and repaired.

This information exists with insurers if the vehicle had a claim filed on it but they will not release
that information to the consumer...

WE SUGGEST YOU CONTACT YOUR STATE'S LEGISLATORS AND SENATORS
AND REQUEST THEY GET THIS CHANGED.....
